Cookin' With Glass Workshops
Each cozy workshop accommodates up to 5 participants and is designed with beginners in mind. These take place in my private home studio. My aim is to create a relaxed, enjoyable environment where you can express your creativity and create a unique piece of art that you’re proud of. These sessions are not the typical “make-and-take” or “sip-and-shop” events. Instead, after our time together, I carefully fire each piece in my home studio kiln to ensure it’s finished to perfection. Your completed artwork should be ready for pickup about a week later.
My approach is open-ended, encouraging each participant to design their own creation rather than simply replicating a sample. I find great joy in witnessing the unique vision and artistry that each student brings to their work—every piece is truly one-of-a-kind.

Workshops at Wickham Park Senior Center
I offer public glass fusing workshops at Wickham Park Senior Center and you don't have to be a member to attend (although there is an added perk).
Reservations for each workshop is done IN PERSON at the Wickham Park Senior Center (Paper Sign Up Sheet is located in the Lobby of the Venue). Sign Up ends 1 WEEK prior to workshop date.
Each workshop accommodates between 4 and 16 participants and is designed with beginners in mind. For WPSC members, they are able to pick up from the center. For those non-members, you will need to pick up from my home studio in South Merrit Island (south of Rotary Park) OR pay for shipping.
My approach is open-ended, encouraging each participant to design their own creation rather than simply replicating a sample. I find great joy in witnessing the unique vision and artistry that each student brings to their work—every piece is truly one-of-a-kind.
Private Workshops
I offer private workshops at my home studio in Merritt Island, Florida, designed for groups of 1-5 participants (ages 16+). These workshops are customizable, allowing your group to select the specific project you'd like to create. The structure mirrors that of my public workshops, providing hands-on instruction in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
You’re welcome to bring food and beverages to make it a more social experience—perfect for girls' nights out, date nights, friends’ gatherings, team-building events, or birthday celebrations. To reserve a date on my calendar, a deposit is required. For more information, please feel free to reach out via email at: info@glassbylauren.com.
